Why not hire two agencies?
Two agencies means two teams, two schedules, and two phone numbers that don't talk to each other. With GladEyes, one team cares for both of you, visits are planned together, and you have one person to call.
How is it paid for?
Care for the parent is private pay. Your adult child's supports are funded through DDD. We keep the billing separate and handle it for you.
What happens if the parent goes into the hospital?
We plan for that before it happens. Together with your Support Coordinator, we build a backup plan into your son or daughter's services, name a backup person, and agree on extra support options ahead of time, so there is no scramble.
What if we are not ready yet?
