Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Provide person-centered assistance with daily routines, skill-building, independence, and individual goals.
Community Support Staff
Support individuals as they participate in everyday community activities, appointments, errands, and personal interests.
Companion/Caregiver
Offer respectful companionship, supervision, and practical support based on the individual’s authorized needs.
Administrative Support
Help keep communication, scheduling, records, and day-to-day office processes organized and responsive.
Employment is contingent upon completion of required screenings, fingerprinting, onboarding, and training. Openings depend on current staffing and service needs.

Is GladEyes an approved NJ DDD provider?
Yes. GladEyes Care Support Services is approved to provide designated services through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities.
Which services does GladEyes provide?

When are services available?

Yes. Individuals, parents, guardians, family members, and Support Coordinators may submit an inquiry. We will explain the next steps and, when necessary, coordinate with the individual’s Support Coordinator.
Does submitting an inquiry guarantee services?
No. Service availability depends on authorization, individual needs, staffing, location, scheduling, and completion of the referral and intake process.
