Common questions

How much does care cost?

Companion Care starts at $32 an hour and Elder Care at $37 an hour, with a 3-hour minimum visit. You get exact pricing in writing before care begins. See our Cost of Care page for details and a cost calculator.

Can you help with wandering or sundowning?

Yes. Caregivers use calm redirection, steady routines, and close supervision, and for Elder Care clients our nurse adjusts the care plan as needs change. We do not provide locked or secured memory care.

How do you choose a caregiver for someone with dementia?

We match your loved one with a caregiver who has experience with memory loss and the patience it takes, and we keep the same caregiver whenever possible, because familiar faces matter.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. You can contact us directly to get started. For Elder Care, our nurse may ask for your loved one's doctor and medication list to build a safe care plan.
