Common questions
How much does care cost?
Companion Care starts at $32 an hour and Elder Care at $37 an hour, with a 3-hour minimum visit. You get exact pricing in writing before care begins. See our Cost of Care page for details and a cost calculator.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can contact us directly to get started. For Elder Care, our nurse may ask for your loved one's doctor and medication list to build a safe care plan.
How are caregivers screened?
Every caregiver is interviewed, reference-checked, and background-screened. Our aides hold active NJ Board of Nursing certification.
Do you provide nursing?
No. Our nurse oversees the aide's plan. We can help you find skilled nursing if needed.
Do you take insurance?
Companion Care and Elder Care are private pay. Many families use long-term care insurance or VA benefits to cover the cost, and we provide the invoices and care notes you need for your claim.
