Common questions
How much does care cost?
Companion Care starts at $32 an hour and Elder Care at $37 an hour, with a 3-hour minimum visit. You get exact pricing in writing before care begins. See our Cost of Care page for details and a cost calculator.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can contact us directly to get started. For Elder Care, our nurse may ask for your loved one's doctor and medication list to build a safe care plan.
Companion Care or Elder Care?
Companion Care is non-medical help and company. Elder Care adds hands-on help with bathing, dressing, and mobility from certified aides.
Do you take insurance?
Companion Care and Elder Care are private pay. Many families use long-term care insurance or VA benefits to cover the cost, and we provide the invoices and care notes you need for your claim.
